Friday Special:  Dine at Papa Tirozzi's (2165 Portland St.) They'll have a special menu for our Goldens and when you order your dinner, your Golden gets a free ice cream treat!

(The Lok Pack, Organizers of the Jubilee, will be dining there at 5:00)

 

Friday, May 17         

7:00 p.m.              Bonfire Social!  At Dog Mountain Just Up the Hill from the Barn.

                           (Bring your chairs and refreshments)

 

Saturday, May 18

9:30 - 10:30          Registration & Romp

                          (Also, during this time: View Auction Items, Get Your Golden Goodie Bags and Visit the Stephen Huneck Gallery)                                      Auction    Tickets available for purchase until 1:00 p.m.

 

10:30- 11:00         Group Photos! Ten and older, Two and under, Heroes, Cancer Survivors, Therapy Dogs, Rescue Goldens and Whole Group

 

11:15                   Golden Gathering In Front of Dog Chapel:  Welcome from the Organizers, Presentation of GRLS Heroes, Remembrance                             Candle Lighting and Scroll, Richard Maizell A Cappella, Moment of Silence, Blessing of the Animals by the Reverend                                 Brendan Hadash, Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue Executive Director Devon Spirka with a Word of Thanks, Welcome to                             Dog Mountain with Pam McCann.

 

11:45                  Prizes!

 

12:00                 Freestyle Dance Performance with Fireball and Friends!   

                        Colin and Jeanne Ladd with Fireball, Porsche and Martini!

 

12:15                  The Great Tennis Ball Toss! Grab a tennis ball and meet at the pond!  On the count of

                        three, TOSS AND RELEASE THE GOLDENS!

 

12:30                 Lunch is Served!  A Golden Favorite - Food!  Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Fixings, too! 

                        (Five Dollar Per Person Donation Strongly Encouraged!)

 

1:30                  Kibble-Cup Auction!

 

2:30                  Hang Out, Hike, Swim, Play, Run & Roll - Whatever your dog's pleasure!

There is no leash law on Dog Mountain, nor is there an automatic pooper scooper.
